MDCT and MRI have equivalent accuracy for characterizing pancreatic cystic lesions as benign or malignant, and suggesting a specific diagnosis.
Combined review of MDCT and MRI was not significantly better but may have the potential to improve diagnostic accuracy in equivocal cases.
